"We worked with Nadine to buy a new home and sell our previous home, both in Mill Valley. Nadine is extremely knowledgable about the area and the local market, and was able to show us a number of homes before they were on the market. She was flexible and patient with our schedule, meeting us multiple times to view a home if we liked it or wanted to show our kids. Nadine was able to advise on an offer, kept in constant communication with us during that process, and we were able to get our home with our first offer. Nadine went above and beyond in helping us prepare to move out of our house for staging and listing, including helping us to secure storage space, movers, and contractors to prepare the house. We had a tough time finding a mover due to a short timeline, and she called several movers and met them at our home for estimates. (I was starting a new job at the time and I would not have been able to do all the research and prep on my own!) She worked with an excellent stager who staged our house beautifully. Nadine advised on a list price and we were happy to sell well above that price. We had offers in about a week and closed in 14 days. Importantly, Nadine is just lovely and so easy to work with, and has an excellent team to work with her. She has numerous contractors to recommend in preparing our home for sale and in settling in to our new home. As mentioned above, she is very communicative and responsive. Several months after the process, we are still thrilled with both the price we received for our home and what we paid for our new home.
